The dress code will be Black Tie Optional. For women, think elegant gowns in summer colors. As our wedding will be held mostly outside, please keep in mind that there will be areas with grass, cobblestone and gravel. We recommend ladies wear shoes with a thicker heel, wedge or use heel stoppers. For men, Tuxedos are welcome but not required. Summer suits & ties are appropriate as well. Public transit is limited in Tuscany and the best option is to take a taxi, car service or if you are renting a car, to drive from the airport or city center of Florence.

There are many wineries, picturesque towns and tourist attractions to visit close by as well as being a stones throw away from Florence. Winery bookings & dinner reservations are encouraged as it is high season.

An unplugged ceremony means no phones or cameras out taking photos. We want to enjoy all your reactions and emotions, not see them behind a screen or have hands holding phones blocking the photo teams shot! We have hired an incredible team of photographers and videographers to capture every moment and we promise to share the photos afterwards. We ask that you please silence and put away your phones before the ceremony begins and be present in the moment.

Our ceremony will be a Catholic mass at Pieva di Santa Maria & San Leonardo, an 11th century church down the road from the town of Artimino. The church is a 12 minute walk or 3 minute drive from the venue, and a 7 minute walk from the town center.

Transportation will be provided on the wedding day via sprinter van to & from Tenuta di Artimino Hotel and the church. Guests that choose to walk can feel free to do so. Transit will not be provided to/from hotels or Airbnbs outside of Artimino. Guests are encouraged to book taxis services.

Bridesmaids will be in shades of olive green and the groomsmen will be in tuxedos.
